Our 1-1 coaching is for those who want personalised training that is tailored around their life, and all the hurdles that are thrown their way.

Race Specific Plans

We offer short-term (12-16 week) training plans for distances from Sprint up to Half distance. For Full distance, we strongly recommend personalised 1-1 coaching.

 

Included in the Race Specific Plans:

 

  • Short-term race plan for the chosen distance.
  • Free initial consultation to learn about your current fitness levels/habits and your race goals.
  • Regular communication with coached throughout the program.
