Our 1-1 coaching is for those who want personalised training that is tailored around their life, and all the hurdles that are thrown their way.

Race Specific Plans

We offer short-term (12-16 week) training plans for specific distances from 5km up to Marathon.

  • Free initial consultation to learn about your current fitness level/habits and race goals.
  • Regular communication with coaches throughout program.
